Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

Returns allowed up to 15 days from delivery date. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any items. If the product is defective please, return your product to us for a refund of your original shipping and product cost. If the product is not defective but you wish to return, i.e. sizing error, a refund of product cost less a  $7 restocking fee may apply to.  Restocking for Hoodies is $15.  Contact coolculturetees@gmail.com to coordinate return shipping info.
